A meeting of the ASCE Board of Direction will be held on July 19-20, 2012 in New York, New York. Among the items to be considered are amendments to the Society’s Bylaws. Pursuant to Section 11.2.2 of ASCE’s Constitution, Society members are required to be notified at least 30 days prior to Board action on the following proposed Bylaws amendments. Among the items to be considered are amendments to: 1. Restructure the committees of the Society to create four standing Board Committees and five standing Society Committees.
