John A. Frauenhoffer, P.E., S.E., M.ASCE
Region 3 Director Nominee
- The heart and soul of ASCE is in the Sections and Branches. National initiatives must be planned to include Section and Branch components. Future focus must concentrate upon Section and Branch program enhancements. As ASCE treks into the future with Society Goals, a parallel trek must be available, understandable, and implementable by our Sections and Branches.
- ASCE Strategic Planning requires re-tracking such that interim milestones support future goals. With success of a Tracked Plan measured by milestones, roadmaps for parallel planning in the Sections and Branches will support implementation at all levels of ASCE.
- ASCE must constantly measure, evaluate, and eliminate, modify, or strengthen its national programs. Member dues drive ASCE, and it is paramount for the Board of Directors to assure that the dues dollars are spent wisely.
