If you are purchasing through the ASCE Store for the first time, you will be guided through a check-out process that includes creating an account (establish a username and password and provide billing and customer care information). Otherwise, use your existing ASCE Store login (ASCE Members must use their Member Account logins to receive discount member rates). Following successful login, you will be advanced to payment and confirmation screens. Currently, EJCDC products can be purchased with these credit cards: American Express, Discover, Diners Club, MasterCard, and Visa. Following credit card authorization, you will be able to immediately access your purchase.
You may return at any time to your personalized view by clicking on the My Downloads link appearing on the EJCDC homepage. Use your login account to view your EJCDC order history, and re-download documents that you've downloaded on prior visits (unless any access rights to the documents have expired). You have thirty (30) days from date of purchase to download your documents.
EJCDC documents are available as Microsoft Word formatted files (file extension *.doc). MS Word is required if you wish to edit the files. EJCDC documents with multiple files (i.e., attachments and subparts, collections) are available as one compressed/zipped “file bundle” for your convenience. A decompression/unzip utility, such as PowerArchiver (freeware) or WinZip (commercial), is needed.
If there were problems during the download that prevented you from successfully completing the transaction, and you are unsure if your credit card was charged, please contact Customer Service at the points of contact below for resolution. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Both Standard and Expedited delivery services are available to customers purchasing CD ROM versions of the EJCDC Contract Documents. Delivery times are based upon receipt of order.
Standard: $6.95 flat fee (5-10 business days)
Expedited: $10.95 flat fee (Next Day)
International: $40.00 flat fee (5-7 business days)
*International customers are responsible for paying customs duties in their own countries. Refunds will not be issued for CD ROMs that are undelivered because local customs duties were not paid.
Expedited air delivery service is available for both U.S. and international orders. Same day shipping is available for online rush orders placed before 1:00 pm EST.
