Opal: Past Opal Winners 2002 The OPAL Award
The OPAL Award was presented to five civil engineers for Outstanding Lifetime Achievement in the areas of: Management, Design, Education, Construction and Public Works. Singer Oren Waters, backed by the PRAISE gospel esemble provided entertainment for the evening.
