Where do I enter my benefits? The benefits section follows the compensation portion of the survey.
My company does not offer any benefits, but the survey requires that I specify which benefit plan types my organization offers. Everyone must indicate his or her employer's benefit plan. Individuals that do not have benefits will answer this question, 'Flexible or "cafeteria" benefits' and leave the rest of the questions on benefits unanswered. Should the employer begin to offer benefits in the future, the specific benefits may be added with ease.
What is the effective date of the data in the report? The report is generated on-demand with data that is current within the past year. For example, if you enter/update your salary data today, reports generated tomorrow will use your data.
When entering my data, what effective date should I use?The effective date is the same date that you are entering data. If your salary or position changes after you initially enter your data, we suggest that you update that information. With the continual survey process there is no start or end date to the survey.
How can I view more information about a job?On the survey screen that requests your professional level, click the underlined title for the desired level. A detailed grade description will appear in another window.
I went back to a section and the information I entered was not there. What happened to my data?If you skip to another section without using the
Next Page button at the bottom of a particular section, you will lose your changes. The
Next Page button saves your data.
Now that I am finished, how do I submit my data?Your data is saved as you complete the survey. Each time you click
