ASCE Library Cards (for Individuals)
Flexible online access for individual researchers and practicing engineers to key research findings and their practical application from across the collection of ASCE Journals, Conference Proceedings, E-books, and Standards.
Ordering Information
All subscriptions are entered on a calendar year basis, except ASCE Library Cards and Civil Engineering Magazine, which may start with any issue. The journal rates quoted are applicable only for orders received before or during the year of publication. For prior years, the current subscription rate will be charged. These prices are subject to change without notice.
Any subscriptions may be paid by check or credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover; when paying for a publication in this manner, be sure to include the following information: name of credit card being used, credit card number, credit card's expiration date , and the cardholder's signature). Only members of ASCE may request to be billed.

Claims
For all subscription claims, please provide ASCE Customer Service with full contact information and missing volume/issue. Missing issues request will be honored only if received within 3 months (domestic) and 5 months (international) of publication date.

Subscription Policy
- All subscriptions must be prepaid.
- Subscriptions are accepted on a one-year basis only. Multiple-year subscriptions will not be accepted. If previous volumes of the journals are requested, they will be charged at the current annual subscription rate.
- All subscriptions are entered on a calendar year basis. Service begins upon receiving a paid order. Journal back issues for the current year will be sent on late subscriptions. Civil Engineering Magazine and ASCE Library Cards are entered on a random expire basis and begin upon receipt of a paid order. If back issues of Civil Engineering Magazine are requested, they will be charged at the single-issue rate.
- Passwords for Member online subscriptions are sent by e-mail upon receipt of subscription payment for Online Only service, or upon receipt of payment of the access fee for individual print subscribers who wish to take advantage of the online service. Online subscribers are required to have a valid e-mail address.
- There are no agency or library discounts given on subscriptions.
- Domestic rates apply only to the U.S. and possessions. Foreign rates apply to all other countries. For journals being shipped to foreign destinations, air delivery service is included in the price.
- Requests for cancellation made after an order has been processed and service has begun are subject to a service charge. A credit or refund will be given on the unserved portion of the subscription.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Online Licensing
ASCE Journals, Proceedings, E-books, and Standards are available to paid subscribers as part of their paid Print+Online or Online only subscription. All subscribers must complete an Online User License before access will be granted. Prepayment of subscriptions is required. If you wish to submit an online user license, please select the applicable registration information below.
