Yes, you can register online or over the phone by calling (800) 548-ASCE (2723) at any point before the live webinar begins. Once you complete your online order you will be able to view webinar access instructions via mylearning.asce.org using your ASCE email and password.
Keep in mind that ASCE recommends giving yourself enough time to test your computer and configure your browser.
