If you pre-register for a conference via the registration website, a confirmation email including, your receipt, is sent moments after you press submit. If you have not received your confirmation and receipt be sure to check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation, please click “Resend Confirmation” on the specific conference registration link and a new confirmation will be sent to you. If you still do not receive your confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you register on-site at a conference, the process may take 1-2 weeks before your confirmation and receipt is sent. Please be sure to put your email address on the registration form legibly so that a confirmation email can be sent once the registration is processed. If you have not received your confirmation email and receipt two weeks after the conference, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
