How do I cancel my registration to a conference or event?

 
Requests to cancel a registration must be sent in writing or via email. A refund for event/course/tour tickets will be issued, minus a processing fee, if your cancellation notification is received by ASCE a month before the conference. No refunds will be made if cancellations received after a month before the conference, unless the event/course/tour is cancelled by ASCE. Send cancellations to registrations@asce.org or fax to 703-295-6144.
