Matthew Zeve, P.E. CFM, M.ASCE, is a senior project manager in the Houston, Texas office of AECOM, a global provider of professional technical and management support services to a broad range of markets, including transportation, facilities, environmental and energy. Mr. Zeve has more than ten years of experience in water resources analysis and planning and has worked on numerous large and complex hydrologic and hydraulic projects. His hydrology and hydraulics experience includes: Floodplain management studies and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) submittals, transportationrelated drainage analyses, major hydrologic and hydraulic studies, channel improvements projects, master drainage studies, drainage criteria manual development, watershed impact analyses, flooding forensic analysis, and drainage analysis for new developments. In addition to his project responsibilities, Matthew has seven years of experience in teaching hydrologic and hydraulic software and technical material to public and private entities.
