Craig T. Maske, P.E., CFM, is the Chief Storm Water Engineer for Dodson a Walter P Moore Company, Houston, Texas, and a registered professional engineer in Texas, Louisiana, and Missouri. Craig has more than 20 years of experience, including permitting or developing military, industrial, municipal and private construction projects, the preparation and review of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plants (SWPPPs) for construction projects and industrial facilities, the preparation of municipal Storm Water Management Plans (SWMPs), outfall location and storm water sampling requirements for NPDES permits, as well as experience in storm water litigation. He has co-authored a chapter with Roy D. Dodson, entitled Regulation of Stormwater Collection Systems in the United States for the Stormwater Collection Systems Design Handbook (McGraw-Hill). He is a member of the Association of State Floodplain Managers and the Texas Floodplain Managers Association. For over ten years Mr. Maske has been a primary instructor for ASCE’s two-day Continuing Education course entitled NPDES Storm Water Permit Compliance. Mr. Maske has presented this seminar in more than 30 cities nationwide as well as to local government and private clients.
