LEAD This eight-month participatory and educational program creates dramatic growth in the leadership, confidence, and skills of registrants. Aimed at engineering managers, LEAD hones leadership skills through formal training session as well as an individual coaching session.
Emerging Leaders Alliance
An opportunity for both online and in-person leadership training with engineers, material researchers, and geophysicists from sister societies, the Emerging Leaders Alliance seeks to foster leadership in the engineering and scientific community. The mission of the alliance is to provide an interdisciplinary community of learning for select professionals, promoting the development of great leaders to guide our professions in addressing the needs of people in the 21st Century.
