Contest Rules
Only renewals on or before December 14, 2012 will be counted towards the contest.
Winners will be selected by midnight on December 20, 2012. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and posted on the website.
The winning Sections will be calculated by percentage of members renewed.
The renewal of Student Members will not be counted.
The Section sizes are defined as: Small Sections - Less than 501 members, Medium Sections - 501 to 1,000 members, Large Sections - 1,001 or more members.
