The next Region 1 Assembly is scheduled to be held in Syracuse, NY on April 14 through 15, 2012.

The tentative schedule is as follows:
April 2012 Assembly
Saturday 12:00 - 5:00 pm Region 1 Assembly
Saturday 6:00pm to ? Dinner on your own (dinner groups will be organized at the Assembly)
Sunday 7:00am to 8:00am Continental Breakfast
Sunday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Region 1 Assembly
Sunday 12:00 am to 3:00pm Board of Governors meeting
A Section Report should be completed. Click here for a report template for your Section to use. This document will be incorporated into the meeting minutes. No paper copies should be printed and brought to the assembly. Please bring a digital copy of the report to the meeting with you. We are also allowing each Section to prepare a short powerpoint presentation to accompany the Section Report. Please use the format of the Section Report for your presentation. Photos are allowed. Maximum 10 slides is recommended. Click here for a powerpoint template for your Section to use.
