The AEI Professional Project Award (PPA) program is conducted annually and is designed to publicly acknowledge outstanding achievement in design and construction. The program seeks to educate students and professionals through examples that illustrate the application of academic studies to practice, with a focus on the art and science of an integrated approach to architectural engineering.

2016 PPA Winners.
The Professional Project Award is open to any domestic or international project and the entry form may be submitted by any individual, firm, or company. The professional projects submitted may be new construction or a remodel and renovation project which is currently under construction or shall have completed construction within the last five years. Entrants may submit more than one project, and each project may be entered in multiple award categories. Each entry submission is required to be submitted by or include written permission of the Engineer-of-Record or Responsible Engineer. The contestant agrees to release all information and data, including photographs included in the submission package for public dissemination to facilitate publicity. All required submission materials must be received before entries will be considered.

Award Notification: Monday, February 15, 2016
Banquet & Awards Ceremony: Friday, April 1, 2016
All submissions should discuss and highlight the integration of the building systems.
