The Department Heads Council Executive Committee (DHCEC) of ASCE has developed a listerv for all Civil Engineering Department Heads to enhance communications. All CE Department Heads are eligible to subscribe to the Listserv. To subscribe to the listserv, Department Heads should contact the Listserv Administrator (Dion Coward) dcoward@asce.org with your name, organization, position, and e-mail address. Once a Department Head is entered as a subscriber, he/she can send a communication to all Listserv subscribers by sending the e-mail message to dhc@lists.asce.org
