Faculty Advisor Training Program

Looking for ways to enhance your ASCE Student Chapter or Club? Want to be a more effective Chapter or Club faculty advisor? Apply for the Faculty Advisor Training Program to be held September 2001 at ASCE World Headquarters in Reston, Virginia. Up to 25 ASCE faculty advisors will be chosen (and funded!) to participate in the training program, which includes:

meeting ASCE World Headquarters staff and CSA members
sharing ideas and learning tips from faculty advisors of outstanding ASCE Student Chapters
learning to utilize your available resources

Faculty Advisor Reward Program

As a way to reward exceptional ASCE Student Chapter and Club Faculty Advisors, up to 50 Faculty Advisors will be selected for a year's free membership in ASCE. Consideration for the program will be automatic based upon information submitted by the Chapter/Club through the annual report.

To be eligible for consideration:

Make sure the annual report is postmarked by the February 15 deadline.
The "Evaluation of Advisory Personnel" form from the annual report must be completed and returned to ASCE Student Services.

Evaluations will be made in April; awards will be effective for 2002 membership dues.
