Official Letter of Invitation

A valid passport and visa are required of most visitors to the United States. Attendees should check with their local consulates or embassies for the most up-to-date visa requirements. If a letter of invitation is required to secure a visa, please send us your request before September 1, 2003 in order to have enough time to make your appointment with the embassy and then to make your travel plans. Please submit your information in the form below. Please note, Letters of Invitation will be mailed and/or faxed to you. We do not e-mail Letters of Invitation for security reasons.
