An Evening of Entertainment, featuring the Hubcaps
Based in and around Baltimore and Washington and known for select performances throughout the United States, the "Hubs" have been together for 30 years. Their versatile seven lead vocalists and proficient instrumentalists present the best of classic rock in performances that honor Elvis, Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, Little Richard, The Coasters, The Platters, Beach Boys, Everly Brothers, Righteous Brothers, James Brown, Tina Turner, Janis Joplin, and many others stars. Join us in a salute to American music with The Fabulous Hubcaps!
This is a ticketed event. Gala Banquet tickets are included in all Full and Spouse/Guest Registrations.
Banquet Seating: All seating for the Gala Banquet is reserved. Those who wish to dine together should make their requests when selecting seating assignments at the Banquet Reservation Desk in the Registration Area during registration hours. Banquet seating reservations will close on Friday, October 22 at 6:00 PM. (See page 47.)
Banquet Menu: At registration, Gala Banquet attendees are asked to select from these three entrées:
Duet of Roast Tenderloin of Beef with Wild Forest Mushroom Sauce and Maryland Backfin Crabcake on Cilantro Cream served with Scalloped Potatoes, French Beans, and Baby Carrots

Roast Cornish Game Hen stuffed with Cornbread and Dried Fruits, served with Roasted Shallot Sauce
Or
Vegetarian Platter
Those who do not specify an entrée will be served Cornish Game Hen.
