The Catamaran Resort Hotel offers casual elegance in a tropical

Dress
for the conference is causal. Average temperatures during February,
San Diego's rainy season, are in the 60s.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing at ASCE's office by January
25 to receive a refund of the registration fee. A $50 processing
fee will be deducted from all refunds. Additional event tickets
will be fully refunded if cancelled in writing by January 25. THERE
ARE NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER January 26. For cancellations, write

Speaker
Registration
All speakers are required to register for the conference in advance
and submit a registration fee. A registration form with fee schedule
can be found on page 15 of the conference brochure. Speakers must
check in at the conference registration desk to pick up badges and
tickets.
A
speakers' room for previewing visual aids will be in operation during
the conference. Speakers and session moderators must confirm all
audio-visual equipment requirements in advance with the ASCE staff
