CEO6 TECHNICAL TOUR:

Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory

CEO6 is pleased to offer two tours to the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University. All tour participants must be US citizens. Both CEO6 and ASCE Conference Registrants are welcome to take part!

The Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) is a not-for-profit research and development organization dedicated to solve a wide range of complex problems that present critical challenges to the nation. APL's experience encompasses a broad body of knowledge and technical specialties including missile, radar, sonar, sensor, chemical/biological, and information technologies; space science and engineering; microelectronics; communications; navigation; modeling and simulation; advanced research and technology development. Projects run from basic research to full-scale operational testing, through all phases of project life cycles. APL fulfills a full range of sponsor needs from long-term development and evaluation of systems to quick-reaction missions and rapid prototypes for specific needs.

The Laboratory supports the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations and the Commander in Chief, US Strategic Command, among others.
