Conference Dress

Business casual is the suggested dress for all program sessions. However, casual dress is ideal for the conference's special events during Portland’s warm summer days and cool summer nights. The average temperature in August is 75º F (24º C).

Conference Proceedings


Copies of the conference proceedings will be mailed approximately six months after the conference. To purchase the proceedings following the conference, call ASCE at 800-548-ASCE (2723) or 703-295-6300; or fax: 703-295-6211; or order on-line at www.pubs.asce.org.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing at ASCE’s office by August 4, 2003 to receive a refund of the registration fee. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Additional event tickets will be fully refunded if cancelled in writing by August 4, 2003. THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER August 4, 2003. Earn Valuable Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
PDHs, a nationally recognized unit of record in non-credit educational programs, are earned for participation in conference technical activities. Earn 18 PDHs for attending the opening plenary session and all 11 concurrent sessions. Your on-site registration packet will contain more information concerning ASCE’s voluntary continuing professional development program.
