Sunday:
Welcome Icebreaker Reception at Cole Land Museum 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM
3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Shuttle service begins to pick up/drop off from Black Bear Inn, University Inn Academic Suites and DP Corbett building. The first load will arrive at the Cole Land Museum by 6:00 PM.
5:45 PM
Shuttle service will begin a second pick of the same route and arrive at the Cole land Museum at 6:15
8:00 PM
Reception ends. 1st shuttle ready to board by 7:45 PM. The second bus will load at 8:15 PM.
Monday
7:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Shuttle service begins to pick up/drop off from Black Bear Inn and University Inn Academic Suites to the DP Corbett building. Where sessions will take place.
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Shuttle service will pick up/drop off from the DP Corbett building to Black Bear Inn and University Inn Academic Suites. (final arrival at DP Corbett)
Tuesday
7:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Shuttle service will begin to pick up/drop off from Black Bear Inn and University Inn Academic Suites to the DP Corbett building (final arrival at DP Corbett)
Technical Tours:
Tours will meet outside the DP Corbett Building. Busses begin boarding at 12:15 PM and will depart at 12:30 PM. Both buses will return by 4:30 PM.
- 1 bus to go to the Verona Bridge ) local guide will be there on the bus
- 2nd bus go to Old Town Canoe Company
Lobster Bake in Stoder Hall 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
8:30 PM until 9:30 PM
Shuttle service starts pick up/drop off service from Stoder Hall to Black Bear Inn and University Inn Academic Suites from (last shuttle run from Stoder Hall)
Wednesday:
