Hotel Reservations - The Adams Mark Hotel, Philadelphia Our Congress is made possible by your patronage of the official Congress hotel, The Adams Mark Hotel, Philadelphia. We have negotiated a very favorable room rate for you, which is both competitive for the area and includes all that a full-service hotel has to offer, including room service, concierge, two restaurants, a full service fitness facility and the meeting space for the actual Congress. This will be the only lodging facility that we will recommend unless it becomes full, in which case we will provide information about other options. Based on the response that we received from the Call for Papers we expect that the hotel will fill rapidly. The cutoff date for our group's reservations is June 3, 2003. After that time the block will no longer be held by the hotel, and our group rate may no longer be available. Hotel Room Rates: Nearly all of the rooms at the Adams Mark Hotel are being held for the EWRI World Water and Environmental Congress at the special group rate of $130.00 per night, single or double occupancy. Please be sure to ask for the ASCE/EWRI room block when calling for your reservation as there may not be rooms available outside of our block. Additional persons in the room are $10 each, up to 4. A limited number of government rated rooms are also available at the prevailing Philadelphia Government Rate, which at this time is $124.00. These will be taken quickly, so please make your reservation for these early. Once they are filled, all other rooms will be at our standard group rate. All rates are subject to applicable taxes which, at this time, are 14%.
