THE MOST EXCITING PORTS CONFERENCE EVER!
PortsTM 2007 brings professionals from around the globe together with an impressive array of program content covering all aspects of port development during the nine sessions consisting of more than 140 presentations.

Three pre-conference technical short courses will provide information on major topics in port development: Vessel Berthing and Mooring, Geotextile Tubes for Dredged Material Dewatering,and Coastal Hazard Analysis and Mapping.

* Registrations will not be processed without payment or copy of a purchase order.

PROGRAM AND SESSION CANCELLATION
ASCE reserves the right to cancel programs and/or sessions because of low registration.  In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive full refunds, if applicable. Programs and Sessions are subject to change and ASCE reserves the right to substitute a program, session, and/or speaker of equal caliber to fulfill educational requirements.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of the early-bird registration discount.  The deadline for early-bird registration is January 31, 2007. Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the early-bird registration discount.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of an advance registration discount.  The deadline for advance registration is February 28,2007.  Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the advance registration discount.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Registration forms received AFTER March 21, 2007 will not be processed.  After this date on-site registration will be necessary.  Please beprepared to complete an On-site Registration Form at the Ports 2007 Registration Desk located in the Costa Del Sol Foyer of the La Costa Resort. A PDF form is available online for your convenience.

SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION
Spouses and guests may attend all Conference functions but must purchase separate tickets for those designated events not included in the Spouse/Guest Registration Package. The Spouse/Guest Registration Package with the Gala Banquet includes the following activities at a cost of $325.00:

Sunday, March 25 – Icebreaker Reception 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Monday, March 26 – Spouse/Guest Breakfast 8:30 – 10:00 a.m.
Monday, March 26 – La Jolla Visit 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday, March 27 – Gala Banquet aboard the U.S.S. Midway 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.

If you would like to purchase the Spouse/Guest Registration Package without the Gala Banquet, you may do so at a cost of $175.00.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
A confirmation will be mailed to all advance registrants within a couple of weeks of registering for the conference. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Advance registrants will receive their name badges and any tickets ordered at the on-site Registration Desk located in the Costa Del Sol Foyer of the La Costa Resort during Registration hours. If you do not receive confirmation within three weeks, please contact ASCE registration at 1-800-548-2723 and ask to speak with Demetria Taylor, the conferenc registration coordinator.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
If a registrant must cancel his/her Conference registration, ASCE must receive the cancellation notice in writing or via email. A refund will be issued, minus a $50 processing fee, if the cancellation notice is received by ASCE twenty-one (21) days or three weeks prior to the start of the Conference date. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the three-week deadline of Tuesday, March 1, 2007.
