Speaker/Moderator

Author /Presenter Policy
All papers and presentations accepted for the conference constitute agreement that the author(s)/presenter(s) will register for the conference at the appropriate fee(s), attend the conference, and make their presentation(s) in person.

One-Person One-Presentation Policy
In order to give room for maximum number of individual presenters and to enhance the diversity in presentation, the conference will have an one-person/one-presentation policy. Therefore, authors who have more than one abstract accepted are advised to make arrangement to have their co-author(s) present the other paper(s).

Non-Paper Presentations
If an author whose abstract has been accepted is not able to submit the paper by the due date of November 15, 2005 for publication in the conference proceedings, he/she may still present the paper at the conference by registering to attend the conference by the "early-bird" advanced registration deadline of February 01, 2006. If advance registration is also not possible, the author must inform the General Chair or Technical Co-Chair(s) in writing by the early registration date assuring that he/she will register later and present the paper at the conference in person. Otherwise, the presentation will be excluded from the final program schedule of the conference.
