Air Transportation
Congress attendees are eligible for discounted
travel through special arrangements between
ASCE and United Airlines. When contacting
United, please refer to the code indicated to
receive your discounts off published fares:

NOTE: 10-15% discount available for 60-day
advance purchase plus discounts that apply
to published first class and mid-week
unrestricted coach fares. Call from Monday
through Sunday, 7 a.m. to midnight ET.
Car Rental Discounts
SEI/ASCE members may obtain discounts on
car rental from Avis. Call Avis at (800) 331-
1600 and give the code A654899 to receive
your discounted rate. If you choose to rent a
car, parking at the Denver Marriott City Center
is $6 for less than six hours, $17 per 24-hour
period on weekends, and $23 per 24-hour
period on weekdays.
Group Registration Discount
For Full Registration only, when registering
three to nine persons, save $50 on each
registration. When registering 10 or more
persons, save $60 on each registration. All
registrations must be submitted at the same
time and with the same form of payment in
order to be eligible for this discount. This
discount is not available on-site or for daily
registrations.
Shuttle Discounts
Wolf Express Shuttle Service has been
contracted to provide discounts to Structures
Congress attendees. A special $27.00 round
trip fare and $15.00 one-way fare has been
negotiated from Denver International Airport
to the Marriott Denver City Center Hotel. For
reservations call 1-877-303-9653. Please go to
the Wolf Ticket Counter located on the 5th
level, baggage claim (just to the right of the
Hertz counter), when arriving at the airport.
