Conference Luncheon

There will be a Conference Luncheon on Monday, August 11. Be sure to attend to show your support for the outstanding members of the engineering community. One conference luncheon ticket is included with each Full Conference Registration. Additional tickets may be purchased for $35 by using the conference registration form, or on-site at the Conference Registration Desk. All ticket sales are subject to availability.

Queen Mary Reception and Dinner
Tuesday, August 12, 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us for the much-anticipated reception and dinner to be held the evening of Tuesday, August 12. Spend an evening on the grandest ocean liner ever built. In her heyday, the rich and famous considered a transatlantic crossing aboard the Queen Mary the only civilized way to travel. Dinner will be served in the Queen's Salon. Originally this breathtaking room served as the First- Class Main Lounge. It celebrates the grandeur of the Art Deco era with priceless original art and a trio of golden onyx fireplaces. After dinner take advantage of the self guided tour and explore the many exciting attractions and exhibits such as the engine room and propeller box, the wireless room and ship communications exhibit, and the treasures from the Queen Mary archive exhibit. Tickets for this dinner are not included in any conference registration packages; they must be purchased separately. Tickets may be purchased on-line at or onsite at the registration desk. Tickets are $50 for adults and $30 for children under the age of 16. Tickets are limited to availability so reserve yours today!

Earn Valuable Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
PDHs, a nationally recognized unit of record in non-credit educational programs, are earned for participation in conference technical activities. Earn 15 PDHs for attending the opening plenary session and all seven concurrent sessions. Your on-site registration packet will contain more information concerning ASCE's voluntary continuing professional development program.
