    Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits:
    Exhibitors may set up their tabletop exhibits between 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm in The Woodlands Hotel Conference Center in Williamsburg, VA on Tuesday, July 19, 2005. Exhibitors dismantling and packing of materials will begin at 4:00pm until 9:00pm on Thursday, July 21. All exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 9:00pm.

    Exhibitor Fee:
    $500 per table for associations
    $800 per table for corporations
