Cancellation by ASCE: If ASCE must cancel a seminar due to insufficient enrollment, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Please be advised that ASCE is not responsible for non-refundable expenses such as airfare, hotels, transfer fees, or other expenses associated with a cancellation.
Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing by email or fax and include registrant's name, confirmation # and name/date of the seminar. If you cancel 7 business days or less prior to the seminar start date, no refund/credit/transfers will be issued. You may transfer your registration to another registrant with no penalty up until the day of the seminar (price differential will be charged if a non-member is replacing a member). Transfer may be used only one time, no multiple transfers allowed. No credits/refunds/transfers will be issued for no shows.
CEUs/Certificates: 1.0 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) equals 10 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) of instruction. A CEU certificate is available to each person successfully completing a seminar and a permanent record remains on file with ASCE.

Confirmation Letter and Time/Location: Registrations are confirmed by email and include seminar time, location and hotel information. Fees include course materials and voucher toward lunch. Fees do not include hotel accommodations or other meals. Hotel reservations should be made early as discounted rates are subject to cutoff dates.
Dress: Business casual attire is appropriate for all seminars.
Instructor Substitution: ASCE reserves the right to substitute an equally qualified instructor for any seminar should unforeseen circumstances arise.
International Attendees: If you are attending a seminar from outside of the U.S. and require a Letter of Invitation, once you are registered and paid please
email your confirmation and request
Late/On-Site Registrations: Availability of course materials cannot be guaranteed on-site for registrations received 7 business days or less prior to a seminar. Should materials be unavailable they will be mailed within 2 weeks, provided payment has been made in full. Additional copies of course materials are not available for sale, nor available to non-registered attendees.
Licensing: ASCE has been accredited as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). In addition, ASCE follows NCEES guidelines on continuing professional competency. Since continuing education requirements for P.E. license renewal vary from state to state, we strongly recommend that individuals regularly check the
state registration board(s)
for their specific continuing education requirements that affect P.E. licensure and the ability to renew licensure.
