Committee Activity Planning and Assessment Form: This form should be used to request, report, or assess your committee activities. For example, you would complete this form to request an in-person committee meeting, to indicate the committee's interest in holding a conference, or to submit your yearly budget projections. Please save the form and email to copri@asce.org.

If you would like to schedule the conference line with web capabilities, please submit your request at least two weeks in advance. The web lines are shared across ASCE and may not be available.
