IWCCE was created by members of the ASCE Technical Council on Computing and Information Technology (TCCIT) to advance professional knowledge and improve the practice of civil engineering by encouraging the effective use of current and emerging computing and information technologies. TCCIT promotes computing research and education across all aspects of civil engineering sub-disciplines.
