The sixth annual Gala Dinner will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the Petroleum Club in Houston, TX. At the Gala, we will continue the tradition of honoring outstanding Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) papers that set the standard for current practices worldwide and have become an integral part of the offshore design process, as well as lending themselves to other civil engineering disciplines.
