Call for Submissions: Proposals for Sessions and Presentations

The conference program committee looks forward to receiving your ideas for innovative sessions covering topics of interest to structural and geotechnical engineers and geoprofessionals. G-I Technical Committees and SEI Committees are encouraged to collaborate on joint sessions.

Submit Your Proposal – Try Something New
Several types of submittals are encouraged: a single abstract; a full 90-minute session proposal (traditional or panel); and an NEW interactive poster abstract.
NOTE: Final papers are optional; submitted papers will not be peer-reviewed, but will be included in the conference proceedings.

Calls for Abstracts and Proposals: Key Dates

Open call for abstracts and sessions – October 15, 2014
Close call for abstracts and session – April 7, 2015 (no extensions)
Notification of acceptance to authors – July 23, 2015
Final Papers (optional) due – October 12, 2015 (no extensions)
