Kathy Caldwell, P.E. graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1985, after which she was a structural designer for Lockwood Greene. She moved to Austin, Texas in 1986 and joined Parkhill Smith and Cooper as a consultant to the Texas DOHPT. Kathy joined Jones Edmunds and Associates, Inc. in Gainesville, Florida in 1989 and established JEA Construction Engineering Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Jones Edmunds, in 1999. She serves as president. An active member of ASCE since 1983, Kathy was president of the Gainesville Branch and of the Florida Section. She also served as chair of the ASCE National Committee on Student Services.
