Dr. Paul D. Moyer, P.E., M.ASCE holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Massachusetts and Northeastern University, respectively. He is past president of the Boston Society of Civil Engineers Section, where he actively contributed to 12 committees and held progressively responsible offices of secretary through president. For ASCE, Paul was a 150th Anniversary Champion and a delegate to the New England District. With 26 years of experience, he is vice president and manager of the Boston office of Dewberry, a 1700-employee ENR top-50 A/E firm.
