Mark Stemmer, a 1984 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He completed his master of science in 1985 at UC, concentrating in structural engineering. For the past 20 years, Mark has worked nationally as a consultant for industrial, commercial and institutional facilities, designing new and renovated facilities. Mark's experience includes the development and implementation of three new business units. Volunteer work includes all offices of the Dayton Section, Ohio Council, and the District 7 Council of ASCE; Code Development Committee for the International Code Council; ANSI Z359 Fall Protection Committee; and ASTM F-24 Amusement Rides and Devices Committee.
