Allen M. "Bud" Beene, PE, M. ASCE is a Project Manager with Facilities Engineering at Dallas Area Rapid Transit. He received his bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and his master's in Business Administration from Corpus Christi State University. He served the Texas Section as president, vice-president for Educational Affairs and chaired several section committees. He served as Corpus Christi Branch president and section director from the Dallas Branch. He chaired the National ASCE Government Engineers - Policy Issues Committee and served as District 15 Council vice-chair. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and Oklahoma.
