Oral Presentation Guidelines
The Oral Presentations for the 2004 ASCE/MBT National Concrete Canoe Competition will be held in the National Building Museum Auditorium on Saturday, June 19, 2004. Section III.B. of the 2004 Rules and Regulations outlines the requirements for the Oral Presentation. Please pay specific attention to item 4 in this section, which describes the equipment provided for use during the presentations. Competitors who wish to use additional A/V equipment must supply such equipment and must be able to set up and tear down in the specified four minute time period. Any props/equipment that will be used during the presentation must be able to fit through standard door openings. We will furnish diagram for Stage Diagram at National Building Museum.
In accordance with Section III.B.4, two (2) grounded power plugs, two (2) projector screens, and a computer projection unit for general use during the oral presentations will be provided. Any additional equipment and extension cords shall be furnished by the individual school making the presentation. Access to the staging area is limited; ability to use props may be limited by this restricted access.
