Dear Fellow ASCE Member,
The Technical Council on Cold Regions Engineering (TCCRE) has been an active technical group within ASCE for over 25 years. TCCRE's role within ASCE is to identify, assess and report the effects of cold region environment upon civil engineering design, construction and operations in order to advance the scientific knowledge and practice in cold regions.
The Executive Committee of TCCRE is seeking feedback from the ASCE membership involved in cold regions work to help us focus on the current issues in cold regions engineering that are of interest to you. As part of this questionnaire we are soliciting your input on future technical conferences, and educational programs that can assist you in your job and improve the efficiency of your design processes and the constructability of your projects.
I understand that you get an overload of emails from many different organizations and finding the time to reply to them and still get your work done is difficult. This questionnaire is very short and can be answered in just several minutes.
