HYDROLOGY AND HYDRAULICS
Purpose
To identify, compile, evaluate, summarize and disseminate information and research needs on hydrology and hydraulics, in cold regions or other environments, where below freezing temperatures may occur for a significant period of time. To promote implementation of research findings with respect to their utilization in practice.
