TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Purpose
To synthesize and disseminate information related to transportation engineering activities in cold regions through publications, workshop, and conferences. This includes research, design, construction, and maintenance of road, airport, marine and pipeline facilities where below freezing temperatures impact performance.
