Underground Pipeline Asset Management (UPAM) Committee

The ASCE Pipeline Division has formed a new Underground Pipeline Asset Management (UPAM) Committee. The purpose of the committee is to advance and disseminate knowledge related to the management of underground pipeline assets. The Committee intends to coordinate its activities with other professional organizations such as AWWA, WEF and APWA.

The Committee is now seeking new members who have recent experience and background in asset management. Interested members are also being sought for the following task committees:
  • Task Committee on "Guidelines for Condition Assessment of Sewer Systems".
  • Task Committee on "Guidelines for Condition Assessment of Water Systems".
