The ASCE Industry Leaders Council (ILC) engages senior leaders from all areas of engineering to identify emerging industry trends impacting the civil engineering profession; identify innovative approaches and solutions to infrastructure challenges; and partner with ASCE to drive change in the industry and the profession.

ASCE's Annual Legislative Fly-In

Every spring, ASCE members travel to Washington, D.C, to participate in the Legislative Fly-In, an intensive two-day program that provides participants with an inside look at the political process.
