All applications are reviewed by the Membership Applications Department staff. For any application where education, licensure or responsible charge must be evaluated, the application is scheduled for consideration by the Membership Application Review Committee (MARC). The MARC is composed of ten volunteer members who are all Fellows of ASCE. The Committee meets once monthly to consider applications where a requested grade cannot be staff approved. Where possible, we will give you admission in another grade in order to establish membership, and will schedule your application for MARC review for advancement to the originally requested grade.
