What will my yearly membership dues be?
Annual membership dues must be paid prior to admission or reinstatement of membership, and to maintain membership in the Society. Applicants from some areas of the world may be eligible for an annual dues discount, based upon the yearly World Bank World Development Indicators.Please visit www.asce.org/wbclass to see if you qualify
Please refer to the dues grid below to see the dues amounts required for each membership grade. Recent Baccalaureate (e.g., Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 year degree) recipients are provided a sliding dues scale based on degree date. The following also represents dues pro-ration which is described below this matrix.

Membership dues are based on the calendar year (January 1 -December 31). Dues are pro-rated depending on when the application is received:
| January 1- March 31: | full dues |
| April 1 - June 30: | 25% pro-ration |
| July 1 - July 31: | 50% pro-ration |
New and reinstatement applications received after August 1 will be given free membership for the remaining calendar year, but applicants will be responsible for payment for the upcoming membership year.
Once admission or reinstatement of membership has been completed, your membership certificate and temporary id card will be mailed to you.
