How to Conduct an Order of the Engineer Ring Ceremony at your ASCE Section or Branch Meeting

ASCE staff is available to assist in providing information to your ASCE organization in running an Order of the Engineer (OTE) Ring Ceremony. ASCE supplies the rings and certificates at a cost of $15.00 per person. The ASCE Order of the Engineer Banner is available for use. Also available is the OTE Ceremony Ring, which incurs a $100.00 shipping and handling charge. All supplies must be shipped back to ASCE World Headquarters, or onto the next Order of the Engineer Ring Ceremony, as soon as possible.

Organizations must appoint a Ceremony Leader and confirm a date with ASCE Staff. For specific information, please click on the links below.

To initiate an Order of the Engineer Ceremony, contact Alicia Karwoski at professional@asce.org and she will send you more information to assist you with your ceremony. Please include your name, telephone number(s), e-mail address(es), note the Section, Branch, or ASCE organization conducting the ceremony, the name of the Meeting at which it is being held, the address at which it is being held, the time and date of the ceremony.
