Leadership & Management
Civil engineering professionals must posses leadership and management skills to complement their technical expertise, advance in their careers, and advance the profession as a whole. Successfully communicating the importance of a project to stakeholders and achieving buy-in, motivating employees and co-workers, and leading in a global and diverse environment, are only a few examples where leadership and management skills are needed to bring about results.
