Structural Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation of Buildi

Purpose: To identify engineering issues, develop solutions, and prepare consensus standards for the structural condition assessment and rehabilitation of buildings. This will include the assessment of materials, components and systems; identification of risks and setting of priorities; and selection and implementation of strengthening techniques.
