WILLIAM L. PRATT IV, P.E., M.ASCE

REGION 5 GOVERNOR OFFICIAL NOMINEE

Vision Statement

Having been active in ASCE for many years at multiple levels, I have been amazed at the hard-working volunteers I have met and the progress they have made at promoting our profession. ASCE's outreach involvement to all levels of membership (from the student chapters to the National leadership) is exciting to me in that there are programs and resources that resonate with each member's level in the work field - from entry level to the most distinguished. Being involved at the Branch level taught me the importance of creating goals at the local level. Being involved at the Section level taught me the importance of networking with other ASCE peers throughout the State and other Sections. If elected as a Region 5 Governor, I believe my prior experience as an officer and a volunteer will help me to better serve the Region's members by facilitating collaboration between Sections and Branches within the Region so that we can continue to promote our profession.
